Changes among the state secretaries

Due to today’s changes in the Government, state secretaries Terje Moland Pedersen, Astri Aas-Hansen and Pål Lønseth in the Ministry of Justice and Roger Ingebrigtsen in the Ministry of Defence, have been reappointed as of today at 2.30 pm.

Due to today’s changes in the Government, the King has in the session of the Council of State reappointed state secretaries Terje Moland Pedersen, Astri Aas-Hansen and Pål Lønseth in the Ministry of Justice and Roger Ingebrigtsen in the Ministry of Defence, as of today at 2.30 pm. From the same point of time Espen Barth Eide has been honourably discharged from his post as state secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Also, the Office of the Prime Minister has confirmed Eirik Øwre Thorshaug’s term as acting state secretary in the Ministry of Justice until until 31 December 2011.

The Government represents the Labour Party (Lab.), the Socialist Left Party (Soc.) and the Centre Party (Cent.). The list of state secretaries is now as follows:
