In today’s session of the Council of State the King has appointed Mr. Arvinn Gadgil, political adviser, as state secretary to Minister of International Development Heikki Holmås.

In today’s session of the Council of State the King has appointed Mr. Arvinn Gadgil, political adviser, as state secretary to Minister of International Development Heikki Holmås.

Mr. Gadgil has since 23 March 2012 been political adviser to Mr. Holmås. Before that he was political adviser to Minister of International Development Erik Solheim.

The Government represents the Labour Party (Lab.), the Socialist Left Party (Soc.) and the Centre Party (Cent.). The list of state secretaries is now as follows:
