6th Ministry (Military Affairs) was established on 30 November 1814. Affairs were transferred from the Commissariat Collegium and the Commissariat Commission which had been established on 2 March 1814, and the Navy Commissariat which had been established on 12 April 1814.
On 31 March 1815, 6th Ministry (Military Affairs) had its name changed to 6th Ministry (Army Affairs). Navy affairs were transferred to the new 7th Ministry (Navy Affairs).
