You must be accredited in order to be allocated a place at a press position. After the deadline has passed, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will assign media organisations to the various press positions. This allocation is final.

Press positions are allocated to media organisations, not individuals. The media organisations themselves decide who will use their allocated places.

The person using a press position must have approved accreditation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a position card allocated to their media organisation. Persons without valid accreditation and/or a position card will not be granted access to the press positions along the route.

The allocation of places at the press positions will be published on regjeringen.no during the day on Monday 7 September and sent to the media. Position cards can be collected on Tuesday 8 September at the press centre. Please note that the number of places is limited.

An information meeting for the press on accreditation and press positions will be held at the press centre on Wednesday 2 September at 11:00. Further information will follow.
