The press is invited to an information meeting on Thursday 3 September at 11.00 about the role of the Norwegian Armed Forces related to His Majesty King Harald V's passing.  

Representatives from the Armed Forces will be present to answer questions. There will also be representatives of the Oslo police present. 

Time: 11:00 a.m. Thursday 3 September 2026 
Place: The Press Centre in the Professor's Residence at the University of Oslo, Karl Johans gate 47.
