'Norway strongly condemns the deliberate targeting of civilians during the bombing of a market place in Tigray', Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide said.
'We reiterate the urgent call for an immediate ceasefire, unrestricted humanitarian access and protection of civilians', the Minister said.
