Delegations from Norway and the EU met in Bergen 11 – 14 February to negotiate on shared stocks in the North Sea and Skagerrak and reciprocal fishing possibilities in each other waters for 2014. Despite the fact that the Parties agreed on most of the issues regarding management for 2014, it was not possible to reach an agreement.
