Emilie Kleiven Græsli (born 2000) was appointed political adviser to Minister of Energy Terje Aasland on October 17, 2025.

She previously served as a county council politician in Trøndelag, as the Labour Party's leader in the main committee for education — a position she has held since 2023.

Græsli has also been the leader of the Workers' Youth League (AUF) in Trøndelag (2021–2023) and a municipal council representative for the Labour Party in her home muncipality of Tydal in Trøndelag.

She holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Oslo (2025).
