Strategy for Norway’s participation in Horizon Europe and the European Research Area

The strategy sets out the overriding goals for Norway’s participation in Horizon Europe and the European Research Area for the period 2021–2027.
Furthermore, the strategy presents six areas where efforts are needed to achieve the objectives of our participation:
- Mobilisation in order to increase participation in Horizon Europe
- Interaction between national and European instruments and programmes
- European and global cooperation
- Development of policy and framework conditions•positioning and contribution
- Dissemination and use of results
