New state secretaries

Following the change of government at 1 pm today, where Jens Stoltenberg’s second government succeeded Kjell Magne Bondevik’s second government, the King in an extraordinary session of the Council of State at 1 pm today appointed a number of state secretaries. In an extraordinary session of the Council of State at 11 am, the King accepted the resignations of the state secretaries appointed under Kjell Magne Bondevik’s government, as of 1 pm today.

The new government represents the Labour Party (Ap), the Socialist Left Party (SV) and the Centre Party (Sp). The new state secretaries are:
