A book of condolences will be open for signing by the Diplomatic Corps, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 July.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Saturday 23, July informed the Heads of mission resident in Oslo that following Friday's horrific attacks on the government offices in Oslo and on the youth summer camp at Utøya, a book of condolences will be open for signing by the Diplomatic Corps at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Main Entrance, Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 July 2011 between 12.00 and 14.00.
