The 10th International Energy Forum
April 22-24 Mr. Odd Roger Enoksen, Minister of Petroleum and Energy, attended the 10th International Energy Forum (IEF) and the 2nd International Energy Business Forum (IEBF) in Doha, Qatar. The IEF is the highest level biennial informal Ministerial Meeting, bringing together both the energy producing and the energy consuming countries to discuss the world’s energy issues.
