Prime Minister extends congratulations at royal birth

Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg has this comment following today’s report from the Royal Palace that Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway has given birth to a son.

”On behalf of the Government it is a great pleasure to send our warmest congratulations to Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit at the birth of their son. We also congratulate King Harald and Queen Sonja with a new grandchild.

We extend our warmest regards to parents and child, wishing them all the best”.
