“On behalf of the Government and the people of Norway I would like to express my heartfelt condolences on the tragic plane crash which claimed so many lives in Madrid yesterday.
This tragedy has made a deep impression on many Norwegians because we feel such a close relationship with your country. Please convey my deepest sympathy to all those affected.
