Former State Secretary Kjell Erik Øie (Labour Party)

Kjell Erik Øie comes from the post as programme director in the non-profit organization Plan Norway. He was previously political adviser in the Ministry of Children and Family affairs 2000-2001 and State Secretary in the Ministry of Children and Family affairs/Ministry of Children and Equality 2005-2009.
