Recommendations of May 2nd and June 13th, 2013, concerning the companies ATK and Lockheed Martin Corp.

The companies were excluded from the Fund in 2005 because of their involvement in the production of cluster munitions. This no longer constitutes grounds for exclusion of the companies.
The companies are however still excluded from the Fund because of their involvement in the production of nuclear weapons:
