‘Good talk with Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry today. I commended Egypt's efforts to de-escalate the situation & avoid further regional tensions,' Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide said.
'Norway appreciates Egypt’s readiness to facilitate humanitarian access to the civilians in Gaza. Useful exchanges on exit of foreign nationals’, Eide said.
