The Department of Budgetary Affairs and Agency Governance

The department consists of the following sections

• Section for Governance and Analysis

  The Section for Governance and Analysis coordinates the management and follow-up of the ministry’s subordinate agencies.

• Section for Budget and Financial Management

  The Section for Budget and Financial Management coordinates the Ministry of Health and Care Services’ work on the national budget and budget proposals throughout the year.

• Section for coordination and internal governance

  The section for coordination and internal governance is responsible, among other things, for managing the ministry’s agreements with our service providers in the areas of information management, internal security, procurement and support services.

• Section for HR

  The Section manages the payroll and personnel policy within the Ministry. It is responsible for recruitment, local salary determination, employment contracts, state management remuneration contracts, working hours arrangements, co-determination and cooperation with the employee safety service and employee representatives.
