Ministry of Local Government and Labour (of 1993) (1993–1998)

On 1 January 1993, the Ministry of Local Government had its name changed to the Ministry of Local Government and Labour, listed here as the Ministry of Local Government and Labour (of 1993). Labour market affairs were transferred from the Ministry of Government Administration and Labour (of 1990), which now had its name changed to the Ministry of Government Administration.

On 17 October 1997, responsibility for labour affairs in the Ministry of Local Government and Labour (of 1993) was transferred to the minister responsible for the Ministry of Planning and Coordination. On 1 January 1998, these affairs were transferred from the Ministry of Local Government and Labour (of 1993) to the Ministry of Planning and Coordination. This now had its name changed to the Ministry of Government Administration and Labour, listed here as the Ministry of Government Administration and Labour (of 1998). The Ministry of Local Government and Labour (of 1993) now had its name changed to the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development.
