Value development
The companies are divided into two categories based on the State’s goal as an owner.
Category 1 consists of companies where the State’s goal as an owner is the highest possible return over time in a sustainable manner. For the companies in Category 2 the State’s goal as an owner is sustainable and the most efficient possible attainment of public policy goals.
