NATOs Comprehensive Assistance Package (CAP) collects contributions from various Allies and partners in order to support Ukraine. The programme consists of support for both democratic control, openness and anti-corruption measures as well as material support to for instance medical equipment, drones, anti-jamming equipment and uniforms.

- This grant will primarily go to military equipment and the training of Ukrainian forces, and will be channeled through international funding-mechanisms such as NATOs Comprehensive Assistance Package and the British-led International Fund for Ukraine. In addition, there are national initiatives, such as the donation of necessary equipment and winter clothing, says Gram.
