Norway has authorised the reserved names to be used also for products defined in part I which have a soluble dry matter content of less than 60 %.

Main requirements 

For products containing less than 60 % soluble dry matter, for 1000 g of the product the quantity of pulp shall not be less than 400 g, except for black currants with 250 g and for rosehip 330 g.


The body of Norwegian legislation is constantly evolving. However, we  cannot guarantee that technical rules is updated at all times. Therefore it is the responsibility of the economic operators to ensure conformity with all relevant legislation.
