Main requirements
It is prohibited to manufacture, import, export, trade and use octylphenol and octylphenol ethoxylates, and mixtures containing these substances.The prohibition does not apply to paints, varnishes, lubricating oils and solid processed products. The prohibition does neither apply if the use of octylphenol is regulated by other legislations.
