Requirements for a permit to own, possess, manufacture, import, export, use or sell powerful laser pointers in Norway, to prevent harmful and potentially dangerous use of laser pointers.
Main requirements
Permits will be granted to those who document that the design, classification and marking comply with the regulation, and document that the planned use is justified, and that there is no reason to anticipate misuse of the laser pointer.
