Department of Governance and Organisation

The Department of Governance and Organisation (SOA) leads coordinating activities relating to the national budget, government consultations and government memoranda, and international affairs. The Department also manages coordination, development and quality assurance of the Ministry’s governance of its subordinate and affiliated agencies.

Additionally, the Department provides support functions for the Minister and State Secretaries, and the Secretary General, and management of HR, archives and information, finance, internal security, digitalisation and internal ICT development, and facilitation of efficient work streams. The Department is also in lead on the follow-up of major investment projects.

The department consists of the following sections
