HR Section (AD1)

The HR Section is responsible for recruitment, personnel management and payroll administration in the ministry. The section works with leadership and staff development, competence development and organisational development, and provides professional support in matters relating to the working environment, employee follow-up, and change and development processes. The section is also responsible for internal communication and for the operation and development of the ministry’s intranet.
