• Arts and Culture Norway

  Arts and Culture Norway is the main governmental operator for the implementation of Norwegian cultural policy. Arts and Culture Norway functions as an advisory body to the central government and public sector on cultural affairs.   From 1 July 2023, the Norwegian Library of Talking Books and Braille is incorporated into the National Library in Norway. The Norwegian Library of Talking Books and Braille is Norway's leading supplier of adapted literature for persons with visual or reading impairment, and thus helps secure everybody equal access to information and the enjoyment of literature.
