Administration Section (AD3)

The Administration Section is responsible for security and emergency preparedness in the ministry. This includes preventive security, information security, physical security, personnel security and coordination of work related to societal security and emergency preparedness. The section is also responsible for developing and operating the ministry’s archive and document management systems, including mail reception and system administration for case and archive systems. In addition, the section coordinates the ministry’s work on digitalisation and technology.
