Legal Section

The Legal Section (JUS) is responsible for:

• the National Mediation Service Act and Execution of Sentences Act with associated regulations
• legislative work in other departments' areas (the Penal Code and Criminal Procedure Act)
• pardons, transfers of sentenced persons and international work
