Statsminister Erna Solberg har i dag sendt kondolansebrev til Kenyas president, Uhuru Kenyatta, etter terrorangrepet mot Garissa University Collega.

His Excellency president Uhuru Kenyatta,
It is with shock and sadness I have received the terrible news of the incomprehensible attack on Garissa University College.
I wish to express my full solidarity with Kenya at this painful time. Norway condemns in the strongest possible terms the blind violence that has been perpetrated in your country and remains at your side in the fight against the scourge of terrorism.
On behalf of the Norwegian Government, please accept my deepest condolences to the families of all the innocent victims of this despicable attack and my heartfelt sympathy and support to the injured.
