Kommunal- og moderniseringsdepartementet sender med dette på høring forslag til forskrift om virkeområdet for distriktsrettet investeringsstøtte og regional transportstøtte. Høringsnotatet følger vedlagt og er kunngjort på Kommunal- og moderniseringsdepartementets nettsider.
Departementet vil understreke at den enkelte høringsinstans må vurdere om saken bør sendes videre til underliggende etater eller virksomheter, tilknyttede virksomheter, medlemsorganisasjoner e.l.
Høringsfrist og kontaktinformasjon
Fristen for å avgi høringsuttalelse er 5. mai 2014. Departementet begrunner seks uker høringsfrist med at forskriften er en implementering av regelverk som følger av EØS-avtalen, jf. utredningsinstruksen punkt 5.2 og punkt 1.3. Høringsinnspill sendes elektronisk til: postmottak@kmd.dep.no. Saken merkes: 14/2424
