EU-erklæring om restriktive tiltak mot lederskapet i regionen Transnistria i republikken Moldova

15. oktober sluttet Norge seg til EU sin erklæring om forlengelse av restriktive tiltak mot lederskapet i regionen Transnistria i republikken Moldova.

Declaration by the High Representative on behalf of the European Union on the alignment of certain third countries with the Council Decision 2014/381/CFSP amending Decision 2010/573/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the leadership of the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova

On 23 June 2014, the Council adopted Council Decision 2014/381/CFSP amending Decision
2010/573/CFSP.

The Council Decision extends the existing measures until 31 October 2014.

The Candidate Countries former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia*, Montenegro*, Iceland+ and Albania*, and the EFTA countries Liechtenstein and Norway, members of the European Economic Area, as well as Ukraine and Georgia align themselves with this Decision.

They will ensure that their national policies conform to this Council Decision.

The European Union takes note of this commitment and welcomes it.
