Kondolansebrev etter terrorangrepet i Istanbul

Dear Prime Minister Yıldırım

It is with shock and sadness I have received the terrible news of the heinous terror attack against innocent civilians at the Reina night club in Istanbul last night, as people were gathered to celebrate the New Year.

I wish to express my full solidarity with Turkey at this painful time. Norway condemns in the strongest possible terms the blind violence that has been perpetrated in your country.

Please extend my deepest condolences on behalf of the Norwegian Government to the families of all the innocent victims of this despicable attack and my heartfelt sympathy and support to those who were injured and to the people of Turkey.
