As an international student from out side Europe, I have planned to study in Norway and it is one of my goals to achieve.

If a tuition fee would be considered for studying in Norway, only rich people will be able to apply for Norway in order to study and other applicants dreams will be ruined while they are truly talented and knowledgeable.

Moreover, If I have to pay tuition fee ,I have to find a career to work harder for part-time and can not focus on my scientific course in university as well as expected.I must carry this obsession always all the time to pay tuition fee.

I would like to be a useful person in Norwegian society while studying and after graduation.

I highly demand that the government of Norway provides this opportunity for international students to study for free as previous years at university level.
