On the occasion of your re-election as President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, I would like to wish you every success for your second presidential term. It is my sincere hope that this period will be one of peace, progress, and prosperity for the Congolese people.
Norway and the Democratic Republic of the Congo enjoy strong bilateral relations. I look forward to further strengthening our joint efforts in various areas of mutual interest, including peacebuilding, human rights, climate and forests, and trade.
